Greetings. As some of you already know, A&I now has a new look including a refreshed website. This is the start of some new features we're developing for our current and potential clients. As always, we try to translate IT/Telecom into your language and frame things to your point of view.

For our new communications we've chosen four main categories that span virtually any organizational chart and are aligned with your primary roles and responsibilities, these are:

Getting the Conversation Started...

Too much emphasis is on the business of IT and not enough on the IT of business. Rather than rehashing the selling points of products and technologies, A&I is determined to examine the issues and concerns of the four perspectives outlined above.

Join the dialogue and name your priorities, your challenges, and your frustrations. It could be rant, a cry for help, or simply to ask the question no one's provided an answer to. The conversation starts with your questions and comments and we'll provide direction on how the problem might be resolved in our upcoming articles database.
